Infrared Sauna Use Liability Waiver

I understand that the infrared sauna is intended for relaxation and wellness purposes. I acknowledge that using the sauna may involve certain risks, including but not limited to dehydration, dizziness, overheating, or aggravation of existing medical conditions.

By choosing to use the infrared sauna, I confirm that I am in good health and physically able to participate. I understand that I should consult a physician before using the sauna if I am pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, high or low blood pressure, are taking medications that may affect heat tolerance, or have any other medical concerns.

I agree to use the sauna according to posted guidelines, including time and temperature limits, and to exit immediately if I feel lightheaded, nauseous, uncomfortable, or unwell.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the infrared sauna and release and hold harmless Beyond the Bump Therapy, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising from my use of the sauna.
